Locke Construction, LLC. is a General Contractor located in Western Colorado. We specialize in building high quality homes in and around Cedaredge, Colorado.

Cedaredge is located on the Western Slope of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Originally a ranch and farm community, it has become a great retirement community. This town of 2300 people has a beautiful, challenging golf course with many building sites surrounding it. Locke Construction, LLC has several lots where future homeowners can build their custom retirement homes.

Located on the southern slope of the Grand Mesa with all of its’ hiking, biking, ATV, and snowmobile trails, this area offers a lifestyle for all age groups and interests. Cedaredge also has The San Juan Mountains to the south, the Uncompahgres to the southwest, the Elk Mountain Range to the West. There are many choices for hunting, fishing, and camping.

This area has approximately 300 days a year of sunshine. So Locke Construction, LLC. builds energy efficient homes using sustainable technologies. We use a variety of green technologies, such as ICF walls, closed cell foam insulation, Geothermal energy, to obtain our energy efficiency which enables us to get our Energy Star™ rating.
